Cerventis, LLC , a Cary (Research Triangle Park),
North Carolina-based company, was asked by supporters of a talented member of
the armed services to help promote him as a Country Music Singer. Jeff Cornish,
a 19 year old US Marine
currently stationed in Okinawa, has recorded a Cover CD, which will be released
by Cerventis, LLC under the label "Cerventis Records." Jeff made it
through three preliminary rounds at American Idol! Cerventis has secured
the rights for the backing tracks, along with the required mechanical licenses,
and has entered into a production contract with a CD Manufacturer. In
addition, these tracks will be available online at iTunes, Rhapsody, and Amazon.

Cerventis, LLC has also been in contact with two
major Country Music songwriters, who together have amassed scores of top-forty
hits over the past three decades. These and other songwriters are
submitting songs for Jeff's review so he may be able to produce a CD of original
(not previously recorded) songs. Cerventis hopes to be in the studio with
the final mixes by the end of February, 2008.

the iPod/iPhone through online non-brick and mortar stores. Previously,
the only way to obtain the MusicJam online was to order it through
www.MusicJamMixer.com.
Now it is available at Karaoke.com and other online stores are being evaluated.
The MusicJam is still, of course, available at fine stores such as the Sam Ash
Music and J&R chains.

Mr. Dasburg brings over twenty
years of experience and research in the areas of facilities operations, project
engineering, service-provider outsourcing, real estate and business management.
Darren’s rich experience in the regulation-intensive pharmaceutical and utility
energy industries prepares him well for the disciplined approach to consulting
he offers his clients. As Vice President of Real Estate with Progress
Energy, Darren led the overhaul of Progress Energy’s strategy for corporate
space management and real estate holdings. Orchestrating the first ever “clean
sheet analyses” on operational facilities, his team created the Real Estate
Master Plan (REMP) poised to deliver an eight figure savings with a detailed
plan to divest $150 million in assets timed to meet the cash flow objectives
defined by the CFO.
As Vice President of Corporate Engineering with GlaxoSmithKline, Darren led a
1,000 person staff comprised of both GSK employees and outsourced
service-providers in the design and delivery of all engineering project
management, construction and renovation activities; space planning and move
coordination; facility operations; laboratory and material services; food
service; housekeeping; landscaping; and reprographics.
Drawing upon extensive experience
in project management, operations and team facilitation, developed in his
wide-ranging leadership positions at Progress Energy and GlaxoSmithKline, and
active community volunteer roles, Darren sets and achieves high quality goals in
all of his products, services and relationships with clients and vendors. Darren
develops products, services, and people to best meet the growing needs of his
clients. Darren especially values and applies analysis and research to fulfill

Darren earned his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and
completed his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering at Colorado

Tom Sylvester
President, Consumer Products and Chief Designer of the MusicJam.
Tom is a 1982 graduate of the United
States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree from the
Academy's Department of Astronautics and Computer Science.
He worked as a "rocket scientist" for the Air Force's
Ballistic Missile Office, then later as a staff officer in Washington, DC,
where he headed the Air Force's Parts Standardization Program for Air Force
Systems Command and was the Air Force's representative to the
Government/Industry Data Exchange Program. After the Air Force, he consulted
with a Washington DC engineering firm and developed software for the
aerospace industry.
Tom is also an airline pilot with over 15,000 hours of flying in his
log book. A former Certified Flight Instructor, he holds two large
aircraft type ratings. Over his flying career he has flown corporate
aircraft, executive charters, organ transplant "life" flights,
commuter/regional turboprop aircraft, and has thousands of hours of pilot
time in aircraft such as the BAe-3201, EMB-120, DC-9, Boeing 757, and Airbus
319/320.
Tom holds six software copyrights and his two novels are registered
with the Screenwriter's Guild in Hollywood. The second novel was the basis
for the movie "Space Cowboys." A third novel, The Bernoulli
Award, is in work. Tom is student
engineering advisor to the North Carolina State University's Biomechanical Engineering
Department.
While at the Academy, Tom sang in the Cadet Chorale and was an escort
at the Miss USA Pageant. He even appeared briefly on stage on a
holiday presentation of The Barbara Mandrell Show. His Rock Star days may
have passed, yet he still plugs his Fender Stratocaster into his
MusicJam® and lets loose when no one is around!
